Welcome to the peace initiative for Ukraine in which you can contibute by raising your awareness as well as your consciousness[+] and spirit to the modes[+] of neutrality[*], decency, respectfulness, wisdom[*], objectivity, mastery of the intellect, surrender (ego and mind to God’s will), and finally peace (inner then outer). To properly grasp everything, we recommend reading the articles of this peace initiative in the order that we[*] designed it, which is listed in the Contents.

You can also check out the Timelines on Wikipedia but keep in mind that it operates in a Western media ecosystem, thus its framing leans toward Western and Ukrainian interests as its lens tilts West (overusing NATO-sphere sources risks skewing the frame)—e.g., more coverage of Russian faults than Ukrainian ones as these pages are edited by CIA[+][+] and Kyiv operatives who are engaged in (dis)information warfare, which also means that Russian triumphs are not promptly or fully updated, and focus is on what Russia did wrong (killed, attacked…) rather on its victories or achievements:

Russian losses figures given by Ukrainian Ministry of Defence[+] or General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine[+][+] or Ukrainian Ministry of Finance (MinFin)[+] are highly untrustworthy and vastly exaggerated (also admitted[+] by an Ukrainian politician) as compared to all other Western sources and indicators, which is why a better source is pro-Ukraine Mediazona1 & BBC[+] – as of 28 April 2025: 104.763 confirmed deaths

Sorry for the misspelings of the months in headlines, which was intentional because to link those titles, the first word (name of the month) must be differently spelled in different years, otherwise the link would lead to the same month when first put in a headline in 2022. This is an Substack issue that they need to solve.
We base the data on most of all territorial gains on the reports from independent, neutral Military Summary YouTube channel[»], which has a several channels in different languages[en][de][fr][ru][rs][ind], and the neutral Suriyak map[+]. They report based on geolocated evidence (such as video footage from drone operators from both sides — so, if Ukrainian drones attack a location, it means that this location is under Russians and vice versa, as well as footage of a flag raised on a final point of a town or village).
Russian Ministry of Defense officially confirms[+] a capture of individual towns and villages a few days later than they are actually captured because oftentimes Ukrainians counterattack and then in some rare cases Russians withdraw from their new positions if they don’t have the time to consolidate their control, no time to build fortifications. So, Russian MoD confirms late, when they’re sure no counterattack will occur anymore. That implies that the Russian units already moved on further. It seems like they're playing it super safe before they make any calls. Probably don't want to jump the gun and end up look foolish if things flip back.
Ukrainian authorities such as Ministry of Defense officially confirm[+] a capture of individual towns and villages even before they are fully captured. They also do not report if Russians retaken some positions afterwards by counterattacking, leaving impression a settlement is further fully captured by AFU when it is not.
This is why we rely more on independent, neutral sources such as Military Summary YouTube channel[en][de][fr][ru][rs][ind] with map[+] as well as another neutral Suriyak map[+]

Three years ago, Petro Poroshenko, already a former president at that time, personally came to rename Novgorodskoye in New York. He also brought the sign himself[+]. It only lasted for 3 years as now Russians renamed it back to Novgorodskoye.
the village was fully captured by the Russians and later Ukrainian counteracked and got a part of it back but not fully — we make changes only when one side fully gets control of a settlement. To be fair, we will change it to Ukrainian capture, only if it does it fully, just like we did with changing it to Russian capture. This applies to all other similar cases when the links show just a partial control in the meantime.

Russian MoD announced[+][+] the capture of Bohdanivka (they call it Bogdanovka) on 24 April (and Russian military bloggers much earlier in April) but for some reason SuriyakMap did not mark it under Russian control (perhaps due to the lack of video evidence). Russian MoD has never lied about captures and always declare the capture much later than it actually occured so as to be sure, as often Ukrainians counter-attack and often it takes days or weeks before Russian army consolidates their victory
The name “Operation Rising Lion” indicates that this was a (failed) regime change operation[»] as they named it after the Shah’s Flag featuring a Rising Lion - so, they wanted to install shah’s son back to power, their puppet the exiled Crown Prince of Iran Reza Pahlavi, the pretender to the Iranian throne (here[»] is he bowing to the Jew’s Wall) who lives in the United States since 1979 when his father was overthrown in a revolution. Once upon a time, the King of the Persians killed the "Rising Lion" Ahriman, the embodiment of evil. Lion symbolism was an integral part of national symbols in Shah's time, and since the 1979 revolution, the Lion in their flag has been changed to the name of God. Putting back the puppet prince is the “rising lion”, a monarchy controlled by Zionists.
Also, Israel's Defense Minister Katz confirmed it was a regime change operation as he said[»] that Israel tried to kill Ayatollah Khamenei but they couldn’t find him. They wanted to eliminate him so that an obedient shah could come back to power in Iran. Only, Iranians would never accept that exiled Western puppet, who even speaks[»] to them in ENGLISH rather than Iranian language. He lives in
Polish preesident Andrzej Duda may not be a classic case of Zelensky curse because his second presidency ended naturally, but the loss of power is still an unfavorable although not due to Zelensky. However, the curse is manifested in the fact that Duda not only lost power but was replaced by Nawrocki (pro-Trump, opposes EU defense initiatives, NATO expansion, and NATO membership for Ukraine citing unresolved issues from WWII, and emphasizes strengthening the Polish-American alliance over EU-led security frameworks), who opposes Duda’s full support for Ukraine:
he opposes[+] Ukraine becoming a member of the EU and under him,
he signed a 2016 parliamentary resolution that Duda did not want to sign, so in June 2025, with Nawrocki’s approval, Poland declared a new national holiday commemorating Polish victims of the WWII genocide done by those whom Ukraine glorifies as national heroes, which was a huge blow[+][+] to Ukraine and Zelensky.
Pro-Trump, anti-NATO Nawrocki's win is a big blow to the EU, NATO, and the PM Tusk, so it may be viewed as a curse, too.
Russia seized the Shevchenko lithium deposit in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) in June 2025, and Krutaya Balka lithium deposit in Zaporizhzhia region in early 2022. Russia now controls two of Ukraine’s four major lithium deposits (Shevchenko and Krutaya Balka) while Ukraine retains two in the Kirovohrad region (Polokhovskoye and Dobra). Shevchenko contains at least 13.8 million tons of lithium ore reserves which would make ~110.000 tons of pure lithium, according to a 2018 Ukrainian State Geology and Subsoil Service study. Krutaya Balka likely holds ~110,500 tons of pure lithium.
The Shevchenko and Dobra deposits were sold in 2021 for measly €184 million to Australians through European Lithium Ukraine LLC (formerly Petro-Consulting), which is a Ukrainian firm linked to former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, although their estimated market value was approximately $141 billion then (in the meantime the lithium price fell due to oversupply from Chinese mines). Some sources suggest undisclosed personal payments to Poroshenko, though no concrete evidence supports this claim.
The Ukrainian State Geology and Subsoil Service (headed by corrupt Opimakh[+]) sold the two lithium deposits to European Lithium Ltd, an Australian company led by British businessman Tony Sage with major stakeholders tied to British interests. Russian media frames the deal as a British maneuver to secure strategic resources. The firm acquired permits for extraction and processing in 2021 but the deal was finalized in January 2024 (delay due to legal battles in Ukrainian courts over permit rights, bureaucratic hurdles, and the ongoing war’s impact on investment timelines), at the same time when then-British PM Sunak visited Kyiv giving a security agreement. It seems that the UK offered a security deal in January 2024 to push Ukraine to finalize the Shevchenko deal with European Lithium Ltd (Australian), as the UK buys lithium from Australia and aims to access Ukraine’s lithium indirectly via Australia and the EU. No wonder Russians put two and two together and claimed that the desperate Kyiv regime sold off part of Ukrainian land to get some pitiful security deal right after their failed 2023 counteroffensive.
European Lithium Ltd and its subsidiary European Lithium Ukraine LLC lost control of the Shevchenko deposit when Russian forces captured it in June 2025. The company had invested €184 million and years of legal efforts to secure permits, only to lose the asset due to the war. The EU and UK also lost potential access to a key lithium source, impacting their energy transition plans. Ukraine, as the host country, lost economic benefits from royalties and investment. Clearly, the EU and UK posture as saviors of Ukraine is all a deceit, when it is clear that those predators have been doing it only because they had plans to exploit Ukraine's natural resources! It’s like inviting a fox to dinner and wondering why the chickens are gone!😊
Discovered in the 1970s–1980s during the Soviet era, Ukraine's four lithium deposits were never developed due to various reasons, including lack of investment and technological limitations. Ukraine's lithium deposits are significant nowadays due to lithium’s role as a critical material for batteries in electronics and electric vehicles (EVs) and renewable energy storage, often called “white gold.”
Ukraine’s estimated 500.000 tons of pure lithium reserves (different from lithium ore) across all four lithium deposits – 110.000 (Shevchenko) + 110.500 (Krutaya Balka) + 270.000 (Polokhovskoye) + 9.500 (Dobra) make it a key player in Europe’s green energy transition – EU’s European Green Deal and Fit for 55 Plan, which aim for carbon neutrality by 2050 and a 55% emissions reduction by 2030, aligning with the EU’s Critical Raw Materials Act to reduce reliance on Chinese lithium as well as Russian gas. The EU’s lithium demand is projected to surge to 800.000 tons annually by 2030 for EV batteries and energy storage. The UK’s lithium demand is tied to its net-zero by 2050 goal, requiring 100–150.000 tons annually by 2030. The EU and UK rely on imports from Australia, Chile, and China, as they have no lithium mines.
The loss of control over two huge lithium deposits (nearly half of lithium reserves) to Russian forces is seen as a major blow to Ukraine and Western interests. Their green agenda and independence from Chinese and Russian natural resources is totally shattered. This is huge! No wonder they are furious and calling Putin all sorts of names as well as pledging to help Ukraine restore its territories even if it takes the last Ukrainian (whom they use as cannon fodder to achieve their economic goals while unwilling to sacrifice their own troops).
Although Ukraine captured more villages than Russia in 2023 due to Ukrainian counteroffensive and Russia being on the deffensive, Russia captured 487 km2 more territories altogether because Ukraine did not capture any towns or cities while Russia did (Bakhmut and Soledar). As NYT reported[+][+], Ukraine gained 143 square miles (370 km2), Russia gained 331 square miles (857 km2), which means that Russia gained 188 square miles (487 km2) more than Ukraine. Moreover, in following months, Russia pushed Ukrainians back and in first half of 2024, Ukraine lost almost all that it gained in 2023 as Russia had retaken it.
You deleted my other replies. 🤣🤣🤣
The Russian retreat in Kharkiv was all along the front. Why do you gloss over that? It wasn't the result of any Ukrainian offensive.
It was the brilliant deception by an outstanding analyst.
They ran because they thought NATO was coming.
Why are you hiding that?
