Welcome to the peace initiative for Ukraine in which you can contibute by raising your awareness as well as your consciousness[+] and spirit to the modes[+] of neutrality[*], decency, respectfulness, wisdom[*], objectivity, mastery of the intellect, surrender (ego and mind to God’s will), and finally peace (inner then outer). To properly grasp everything, we recommend reading the articles of this peace initiative in the order that we[*] designed it, which is listed in the Contents. So if you haven’t read the previous articles, we urge you to do it, please. The topic of this article is spread through six articles, this one being the fifth in this series/segment (read the first one, please).
When we discuss the Indicators of Who Will Win the War in Ukraine[*], we include here the collective level of consciousness (besides the sorry state of Ukraine, omens, celestial powers, history lessons, and side-effects, not to mention the realities on the battlefields).
As Consciousness Theorem[+] postulates it:
a nation or alliance with a collectively higher level of consciousness[+] always wins.
The national level of consciousness1[+] is determined by all modes of consciousness of a nation at large. Currently, most Ukrainians are mainly driven by hate, blame, animosity, rivalry, resentment, fear, worry, anxiety, victim mentality, corruption, greed, conceitedness, self-importance, and other low, destructive modes of consciousness[+], such as lies (disinformation, propaganda) of the Kyiv regime[*]2, which turn them into losers. Winners are driven by positive, constructive modes of consciousness (virtues), or at least transgress less than their rivals. Like the Westerners, Ukrainians rowdily assume moral superiority over Russians (and the rest of the world), which is arrogance and the work of ego that decreases the level of consciousness to a destructive rather than constructive level.
The level of consciousness of any individual or group can be measured scientifically (kinesiologically, mechanically, deductively, academically, and otherwise); it is not a subjective measurement but, besides kinesiological examination, it can be also discerned by a poll[+][+], approval ratings[ꚛ][+][+][+][+][+], public reception[»][»][»][»][»], or by anyone who is neutral/unbiased[»] – just look or listen to how and what, for instance, Putin talks and behaves (calmly and coherently), and compare it to warmongering and antagonistic style of Zelensky or Biden[»][»]. We are not talking about oratory skills but virtues. For instance, Putin never said a bad word about Zelensky or Biden or any other president, which can't be said about his counterparts in the West, who assume a moral and every other superiority. Arrogant people believe their level of consciousness is higher than anyone else's but although it may be true when compared to the people whose level of consciousness is below 175 (as shown on this arbitrary scale of consciousness[+]) but it is not true for others who have a proven better track record. Whatever is alleged about Putin and Russia, Zelensky and Ukraine do it to a higher degree – whether it is issue of autocracy, corruption, political oppression, censorship…
Saying Ukraine is corrupt is like saying water is wet.
Like Ukrainians, NATO leaders harbor the same or similar low, destructive modes of consciousness (including smugness, vanity[»], decadence, moral decline[+], hedonism, narcissism, permissiveness, promiscuity[+], perversity[»][»], adultery, drug addiction, gambling, idolizing money and material values, usury, greed, gluttony, etc.), which is why they will lose to Russia, which at this time has a collectively higher level of consciousness than both Ukraine and the collective West, as scientifically measured.
Putin is one of the richest men in the world[+], so he surely doesn't need to be corrupt and also, there is not a single evidence or testimony alleging him trying to bribe anyone, despite all the colossal attempts to discredit him in every possible way. He is rightfully one of the richest men in the world because there is no other national leader in the world who has managed to raise the living standards of his country as much as he did.
Putin is the most competent and beloved world leader
A measurement of a leaders' level of consciousness is their level of competence and success – how much they improved the economy of their countries. In that, Putin ranks the highest of all heads of states in the whole world. This might surprise you. As statistics show, Putin is the most competent leader in terms of improving the economy – there is no Western President or Prime Minister who managed what Putin did – he increased the trade balance and living standards of Russia like no one else in the history of Europe or the world (besides former Chinese President Hu Jintao 2003-2013).
Russia's GDP increased by 1130%[+][+] and GDP per capita increased by 1147%[+][+] since Putin first took office in 2000. By 2022, Gross National Income (GNI) per capita[+](purchasing power parity) had increased 628% (by contrast, for the same period the US[+] had increased it by 127% and EU[+] by 116%). Furthermore, in his first presidential term (2000 – 2008), he raised Russia’s exports[+] from $85B in 1999 to $520B in 2008, which was a 612% increase, or with the second term to $632B, there was a 744% increase suggesting a great foreign trade policy on his part. There is no other current national leader in the world (historically, only Chinese President Hu Jintao tops him) who has managed that, so respect. Moreover, when it comes to the trade balance[+] between exports and imports he also ranks the best as he increased that significantly - by 464% during Putin's first term, or by 855% in 22 years. Since Putin took office, Russia's economy has grown enormously[ꚛ] even toppling Germany’s[+][ꚛ] and all the other countries in Europe (not just the EU but also better than in Switzerland, the UK, etc.)[+]. Russia has small national debt while Western countries are drowning in trillions of debt[+][+][+]. Russia has the second best (China is the best) trade balance[+][?] in the world, while the US has the worst in the world (the UK and France are in the worst 5)[+].
In the US, they build houses with paper walls[»][+] but still can’t afford housing for millions of homeless people[+][+][»][»][»][»], but they brainwash the suckers that they are the most prosperous country in the world. Imagine if such video evidence would be available about Russia rather than the US, how much they would mock Russia! Then ask yourself, how come the EU and Ukraine is not mocking the US about their living standards but they are doing it to Russia. The answer is simple: they are victims of American psyop.
And all these Putin's triumphs are despite the major Russian financial crisis in 1999 (under Western puppet Yeltsin), which Putin solved, and despite all the draconian sanctions against Russia since 2014, and despite the West illegally freezing $300 billion of Russian assets! Imagine what this percentage would be without these. There is no head of state in the world who has helped his folk more than Putin did in terms of economy, living standards, and protection of its ethnic minorities.
Just couple months before Russia launched its SMO in 2022, only 28.2% of Ukrainians approved of President Zelensky’s performance, according to a study published in November 2021 by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology[+]. It spiked after that only because a Western propaganda campaign that made him look like a hero.
Motivation Indicator: Nationalism vs Patriotism
Further indicator who will win or lose this war is the dominating mode of consciousness related to motivation behind fighting in this war – patriotism always beats nationalism because patriotism is based on the love of one's homeland while nationalism is based on the hatred of other nation(s). These two modes of consciousness may appear similar to those at the lower levels of consciousness but in fact, they are almost diametrically opposite, just like love and hatred are.
Patriots are mightier than nationalists because patriots are driven by love while nationalists are driven by hatred. Those who are driven by hatred and call themselves nationalists will lose this war while those who are driven by the love of their motherland or fatherland and call themselves patriots[+] will prevail. This is because love is much more powerful than hatred just as God is more powerful than the devil, and light is mightier than darkness (where there is light, there is no darkness). Those who call themselves patriots but hate some other nation(s) are not patriots but nationalists – wolves in sheep's clothing. The nation and national leader, who are driven by hatred will lose the war. Haters are losers. Unlike Putin, Zelensky's speeches are hate talk. As Putin said[+]: “There is nothing stronger than our love for the Motherland.”
Integrity Indicator
Further indicator of collective level of consciousnessand so who will win or lose this war is integrity or the ratio of lies. The winningside has no need to lie about the realities on the battleground and related matters while losers try their best to cover it up with all sorts of disinformation. We made an extensive research on lies of both sides, which we report in separate articles in the series on propaganda, so make sure to read them when we publish it soon but in this context, we just tell you the result of the study:
Biden lies[+][+][+][+][+][+][+][+][+][+][+][»][»][»][»][+][+] much more than Putin[*].
German and British Prime Ministers Scholz and Sunak lie[+][+] more than Putin.
Western authorities have no shame but laughingly admit[»] they lie to the public even during a presidential campaign.
Putin is much more trustworthy than all leaders from NATO countries.
You are welcome to do your own research and evaluation if you are not satisfied with the result of ours. We invite you to do a test to weigh up various factors, which can't be influenced by any propaganda or ignorance or superficiality or narrow-minded view of the conflict.
Most superficial, narrow-minded people just take into consideration that Russia attacked and occupied parts of Ukraine and jump to the conclusion that Russians are evil and Ukrainians are good and the victims. But they do not know anything about the context and the fact that Ukraine attacked ethnic Russians first in April 2014[»] and that Ukrainian neo-Nazis have been slaughtering shelling and forcing out millions of ethnic Russian civilians for 8 years before Russia intervened in 2022, similar to what have Israelis been doing to Palestinians6. And, most uninformed people do not know that Russia did not invade Crimea, which can be verified by the fact that not a single bullet was shot and that local citizens (mostly ethnic Russians) wanted to secede from Ukraine and join Russia (voted in democratic referendum just like in Kosovo, which is internationally approved), and per a Treaty[+], Russian military was legally there.
Apart from lying, hypocrisy is also a huge factor in measuring individual and collective level of consciousness, which we classify under integrity indicators for the sake of simplifying and making a point. The more one is a hypocrite, the lower their level of consciousness is and so is lower the level of success. Hypocrites are losers. Otherwise, why would they have a need to resort to hypocrisy or insincerity or duplicity or double standards?! We have not managed to find any significant examples of Putin's and Russia's hypocrisy but we found plenty of it by NATO countries and Ukraine.
The ruling elites and mainstream media of the West are so addicted to double standards that spotting yet another one is hardly news. The hypocrisy of Western leaders and journalists has climbed to new and dizzy heights in last couple of years, probably due to them desperately trying to defeat Russia but failing catastrophically. There is almost a hundred cases throughout this peace initiative in which we point out to their hypocrisy or double standards with evidence, so here is just a short list:
➡ These are the people who have given us genocide re-labeled as “self-defense”[+] and who want us to believe that only they have the right to self-defense, Russia not. For them is Israeli killing civilians including tens of thousands innocent children acceptable but when Russia does hundred times less of that, they label it as evil and demonize Putin.
➡ They insist on the rule of law while threatening the International Criminal Court if it so much as dares look their way[+]. United States is hypocritical over ICC and Israel[+] – by opposing the International Criminal Court's (ICC)7 investigation of Israel but supporting[»] the court's warrant for the arrest of President Vladimir Putin. Evacuating kids from a war zone is allegedly a “war crime” while killing them is “self-defense”, according to Western twisted logic or double standards. Republican US senators sent threatening letter[+] to ICC prosecutor over possible Netanyahu arrest warrant[+] and Speaker of the US House of Representatives Mike Johnson said[»]: “America should punish the ICC and put it back in its place” – this is the famous American “rules based order” that the whole world abhors and rejects.
➡ The hypocrisy of the West is clearly in evidence through institutions such as the UN, the ICC or the ICJ but the Olympic Games and Eurovision are no better. They banned Russia but not Israel from the games and contests.
➡ In Georgia, the Western leaders opposed the law to impose transparency on the NGO sector funded by foreign (read: Western) governments but the very same law exists in the US (FARA act)
➡ They vilify Russia for its approach to protests although it is nothing compared to police brutality in the West and their crackdown on protesters, arresting and assaulting thousands of students[+], using riot gear, stun grenades[+], and rubber bullets[+]
➡ British politician and Leader of the UK Labour Party, Keir Starmer really has no shame at all. When asked whether Israel is breaking international law? “Politicians should not judge that”[»]. Is Russia breaking international law? “Yes”
➡ Hungarian Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó exposed[»] the Western hypocrisy with Russia: before the sanctions Russian oil exports to India was 1%, now it’s 40%; since 2022, Europe does not buy Russian oil and started buying “Indian” oil. LMAO
➡ Western high officials and mainstream media have been pushing hypocrisy in overdrive with their exhibits of double standards regarding killing civilians. Whenever Russians do it, they are called out as war criminals but whenever Ukrainians murder innocent civilians, they either ignore it or justify it. We have a whole article[*] on this topic but for the sake of backing our claims with evidence at every occasion, here is just one random case when on 26 May 2024, Moldova’s President Maia Sandu condemned[+] the Russian strike on a shopping mall in Kharkiv as a heinous act of aggression while totally failing to mention two major things: 1) the fact that Ukrainian military stored their equipment there which makes it a military rather than civilian target, thus Kyiv should be condemned for endangering civilians, and 2) did not condemn Ukrainian strike on Belgorod in Russia, including a shopping center, which the same day[+], not to mention all other Ukrainian strikes that killed by then over 23.000 ethnic Russian civilians (not counting the soldiers) since 2014.
Decency Indicator
Further indicator of collective level of consciousness and so who will win or lose this war is decency indicator. True peace is not merely the absence of war; it is the presence of decency. Put aside all the information or misinformation or disinformation that you have been bombarded with about Putin and Russia aside and take a look at the actual behaviors of the leaders of both sides so as to compare the value of their character and trust-worthiness. On one side, put Zelensky (with his NATO allies – Biden, Trudeau, Sunak, von der Leyen, Scholz, and Macron). On the other side, put Putin (and Xi Jinping, if you wish).

Team Putin: Anastasia[+], Patriarch Kirill, Oliver Stone[+], Roger Waters[+], Bernard Ecclestone[+], Steven Seagal[+], Gerard Depardieu[+], Mickey Rourke[+]…
And most importantly, who plays the piano better
Putin ❎ [»]
On top of all those decency indicators, there is name-calling or abusive, insulting rhetoric, which is unacceptable, inappropriate, and highly counterproductive in diplomatic circles as this only agitates and provokes the opponents to escalate the conflict. It also reveals the critic's low level of decency and how toxic or vulgar they are, which exposes them to be abuser or bullies and most of all - losers. Insults, humiliations, verbal abuse, and offensive language as well as inflammatory rhetoric may be allowed among ordinary people but not with diplomats and politicians, let alone national leaders. From our leaders and representatives, we expect good manners, decency, respectfulness, tactfulness, subtlety, discretion, uprightness, dignity, honor, and other such virtues that are needed for diplomacy to yield results. Even if a diplomat or a head of state is right in judging his or her opponent, it’s undignified for them to speak like that in public.
The words of every world leader matter. Anyone in diplomatic circles rudely branding the opponent as a “butcher”[»], “dictator”, “thug”[»][»], “liar”, “war criminal”[+], “son of a bitch”[+], “evil”, “devil”[+], “tyrant”[+], “f***ing terrorist”[»], “maniac”[+], “demon”[+], “inhuman”[+], a “sick, cynical creature”[»] or nastily equating him with Hitler[+] are guilty of defamation by law and should be held accountable but, most of all, should not expect respect and concessions from the adversary, which is needed for diplomatic measures to have an effect of ending the war. In a polite, respectful, and civilized society, it is customary to apologize for remarks of this kind. A person who frequently uses abusive words, inflammatory language, or engages in toxic name-calling is not a worthy diplomat, statesman, or a decent representative of a nation but a defamer or reviler and a fault-finder. Individuals who habitually criticize, insult, or verbally attack others using derogatory or abusive language have no business in politics, let alone peacemaking or, God forbid, in leading a nation.
Russian President Putin[+] may be this or that but at least he is not rude and has the decency to keep his opinions about his individual adversaries to himself (although he collectively rather than personally called them neo-Nazis, idiots[+][+], and only generally accused the West of this and that), which could not be said about many other world leaders, especially those from the US[+]. We never heard him use any foul or vulgar language for any person, unlike his Western peers who often engage in disgraceful behavior such as character assassination or public shaming (even his own, such as Donald Trump). For instance, when Biden called the Russian president “crazy son of a b**ch” just days after Putin actually endorsed him during US presidential campaign, Putin’s response[»] was extremely decent as he said that Joe reacted adequately and he still prefers Joe as the next president of the US.
Putin also had the decency to apologize on several occasions (to Russian athletes[+], Israel[+], Serbia[+], Crimean Tatars[+], former German Chancellor Angela Merkel[+], and more[+]) and admitted mistakes[+], which cannot be said for many of his counterparts and is surely something authoritarians, dictators, or despots wouldn’t do, proving he is not one. The only dirty words we heard him use are “idiots”[+][+] and “scum” but never to describe any particular person but only groups – he called people with neo-colonial thinking and Ukrainian officials "idiots" because they refused to negotiate with Moscow, and Ukrainian neo-Nazis “scum” who have committed horrendous atrocities.
Here are just some of the rude, foul language or dirty talk from NATO & Kyiv “diplomats” and “role models”:
🚩 “Vladimir Putin is a war criminal.” – US Senator and presidential candidate John McCain (who was he to give such verdicts when no court has done it? Pretty outrageous from a guy with hawkish stance on US military involvement around the globe[+], who dropped bombs on Vietnam’s Ha Noi, a city full of civilians, supported carpet bombing of Cambodia killing almost a million of people, was a vocal proponent of invading Iraq in 2003 and Afghanistan in which Americans killed another half a million[+] civilians)
🚩 "He is a war criminal."[+] – US President Joe Biden, referring to Putin. He also called Putin a butcher[»], killer who has no soul[»], murderous dictator, a pure thug[»][»], and crazy son of a bitch[+] – is this how presidents or diplomates should talk?
🚩 “Frankly, I would never accept an award from Vladimir Putin because then you kind of give some credence and credibility to this butcher, this KGB agent, which is what he is.” – US Senator and presidential candidate John McCain
🚩 "And now Putin is doing just about the same as Hitler." – Prince Charles in 2014, now king Charles III – read here[+][+] why it is inappropriate to compare Putin to Hitler
🚩 "…it's what Hitler did back in the '30s" – in March 2014, former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, whose nickname is Hitlery[+][+][+][+] and Killary[+][+][+][+], compared Russian President Vladimir Putin's actions with those taken by Nazi leader Adolf Hitler outside Germany in the run-up to World War II[+][+] US Senators John McCain and Marco Rubio endorsed her comments[+] – read here[+][+] why it is inappropriate
🚩 A whole list of American “experts” calling Putin evil and Hitler[»]
🚩 "a perfect example of toxic masculinity"– former U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson on the aggression of Russian President Vladimir Putin against Ukraine
🚩 “… do we allow countries to be enslaved by tyrants like Putin who deny all democratic rules, who want to introduce terror, who try to enslave others and take advantage of their own potential for their own benefit?”[+] – Polish President Andrzej Duda
🚩 “Putin is a maniac”[+] – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky
"To show his society what he [Putin] values more – occupying Ukrainian territory or protecting his population... He continues to focus on holding the occupied territories while neglecting the protection of his people. He is now bombing his own villages. Hats off to him, really – his people are in shock that they ever believed in this demon...”[+] – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky (he is clearly projecting, talking about himself, as he was the first to bomb own Ukrainian villages in Donbas for years before Putin sent his troops to rescue the victimized folk. According to his logic that someone bombing his own villages and not protecting his population is a demon, then Zelensky is a demon ever since he took power in 2019. Btw, Putin evacuated all those villages in Kursk, so clearly he protected them, unlike Zelensky, who bombed Ukrainian civilians in Donbas for years.)
“Putin is a sick, cynical creature”[»][?] – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky
“Putin is a sick and dangerous”[»] – Ukrainian President Zelensky (you have to watch this to see for yourself who is really sick; the state of him – sickening)
“Putin’s troops are “following the devil.”[+] – Volodymyr Zelensky
Comparing Putin to Hitler crossing line after line[»] – Volodymyr Zelensky
“Putin and Russia are a ring of inhumans”[+] – Volodymyr Zelensky
"I have no intention of talking to terrorists”[+] – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky referring to the natives of the Donbas region who did not obey him
Unlike all other invaded heads of states, it is extreme how much undiplomatic President Zelensky vilifies his counterpart Putin using absolutely every opportunity[+] to slander him or accuse[»][+][+] him of anything without so much as single evidences, which reflects badly on him, his reputation, while Putin is not touched with it at all.
When we talk about others, we talk about ourselves. So, Zelensky and other Western leaders are mostly projecting and exposing themselves, losing respect by being disrespectful. By rudely calling Putin all these ferocious names and using inflammatory language, they are only demeaning themselves in the eyes of the world, who know better than fall for it. Putin is the most respected and popular[+] leader in the world, who is a rare head of state loved by foreigners[+][»][+][+][ꚛ][»][+].
Like so many other Western leaders, Zelensky is assuming to be the world’s “value” guardian while being extremely corrupt[+][+][+][+] and lying all the time[*] as if it was his birthright. In a civilized world, defamatory statements are prosecuted because defamation and hate speech violate the law, but such unlawful behavior of Western authorities is not even condemned let alone punished by law, which indicates how “civilized” those Western states are.
In psychology, this phenomenon in which those who condemn or accuse someone of something but are themselves guilty of it (or similar) is called projecting[+][+]. Americans have the idiom for that: "The pot calling the kettle black", as well as terms:
When someone turns the story around to make it seem like someone else is at fault, deflecting attention and blame away from them to make someone else feel guilty, this type of manipulation is called gaslighting[+].
Deflection is the act of blaming another person for your own mistakes or shortcomings rather than accepting the blame or criticism yourself. This type of defensiveness as a coping skill is commonly used to divert the focus or blame away from ourselves, which is also known as diversion. These are all techniques politicians learn to use to manipulate public opinion but in a woke era, they are shooting themselves in the foot with it because when more and more of the public becomes aware of such manipulative techniques, it will be the end of them.
This social aberration is warned against throughout many religious and philosophical scripts, including Bible (Matthew 7:1-5[+]):
“Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.”
The moral of this parable is to avoid hypocrisy, self-righteousness, and censoriousness (public scolding or public shaming).
So, the main question each of us should ask ourselves is, do we want to trust those who were caught lying many times, swearing or cursing and using all sorts of undiplomatic language, vilifying other leaders when they should be diplomatic while being hated by most of the public?
Other Indicators of Who Will Win the War in Ukraine[*]:
Thank you for reading this article and participating in this peace initiative by raising your awareness and, hopefully, your consciousness and spirit. To grasp everything as intended, we recommend reading the articles of this peace initiative for Ukraine in the order that we designed it, which is listed in the Contents. So if you haven’t read the previous articles, we recommend that you do. When you are ready, please proceed to the next article in this series: Side-Effects
Consciousness is not mere awareness or wakefulness but a subtle dimension of who we are, which when raised, is a constructive force that creates everything good in our life, helps us make the right decisions as well as come up with the best ideas and solutions. Consciousness Theorem[+] verifies that the degree of one’s well-being = the degree of one’s consciousness (The Level of Success = The Level of Consciousness). We raise[+] our consciousness with virtues (constructive modes of consciousness), which is also known as virtufication[+], as taught by virtuology[+] and presented on the scale[+] of consciousness. Significant leap of consciousness is only possible with the help of the Holy Spirit. People with higher level of consciousness are restored to their original image or likeness of God and can do (heal, manifest, teach…) everything as Christ and other ascended masters did.
we refer to Kyiv as a regime[+] due to its oppressive and repressive policies, corruption, and foul treatment of its ethnic minorities, such as the ethnic Russians, violating their human rights, tyrannizing, and killing them since 2014.
Please refer to our articles on Zelensky’s[*] and Putin’s[*] lies. Just like we were, you will probably also be shocked to see the results of our extensive research. We were shocked to realize how much Zelensky, his team and allies lie. We also searched high and low to find Putin’s lies but could not find a single one! There is plenty “evidence” from Western sources but when we looked into it we realized that they either twisted his words or it was just a matter of him changing his mind (people are allowed to change minds) about something like invading Ukraine after many provocations and the last straw was Zelensky announcing re-aquiring nuclear weapons at the Munich Security Conference on 19 February 2022 and the US Vice-President encouraging him to join NATO at the same time.
in 2022, Ursula enforced sanctions to cut Russia’s gas in the EU and then in 2024, she lied[+] that Putin cut it off after Russian oil company Gazprom cut supplies to Austria because Austria refused to pay the owed €230 million for the supplied gas.
like Palestinians, 8 million of ethnic Russians are indigenous folk there; during USSR, they were administered under Kyiv and stayed upon USSR disintegration. Since 2005, they were discriminated against and since 2014 terrorized, killed and forced to flee
ICC or International Criminal Court[+] is an intergovernmental organization and international tribunal headquartered in The Hague, the Netherlands. The ICC is distinct from the International Court of Justice, an organ of the United Nations that hears disputes between states. It is the first and only permanent international court with jurisdiction to prosecute individuals for the international crimes of genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes and the crime of aggression.
The ICC began operations on 1 July 2002, upon the entry into force of the Rome Statute, a multilateral treaty that serves as the court's charter and governing document. States which become party to the Rome Statute become members of the ICC, serving on the Assembly of States Parties, which administers the court. As of November 2023, there are 124 ICC member states[+]; 41 states have neither signed nor become parties to the Rome Statute.
Ukraine, Russia, and the United States are not party to the Rome Statute (they signed it but not ratified it[+]), which forms the basis for ICC jurisdiction, therefore the ICC has no jurisdiction over Putin or any Russian, thus any arrest warrant is invalid. The ICC claims to have jurisdiction because the government of Ukraine consented to grant ICC jurisdiction over its territory in this matter, and the alleged crimes took place within Ukraine, thus anyone committing crimes in Ukraine can be prosecuted by the ICC, including Zelensky and other Ukrainians but for some strange reason, ICC prosecutors only charge Russians, which is evidence of bias. There are countless accusations of Ukrainian war crimes, including Ukrainian child trafficking scheme to take ethnic Russian orphans from Donbas into many European countries and beyond.
Also, if that jurisdiction justification has any value, then governments of Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, etc. could apply the same argument to call for arrests of American, British, and other NATO presidents but for some strange reason, this reasoning applies only when it suits NATO.
Zelensky curse[*]: as of August 2024, some 50 of NATO and allied states high-officials (most of them heads of state, plus a couple of non-NATO allies) got struck by the so-called Zelensky curse as they all lost power (mostly resigned or stepped down) after meeting or supporting Zelensky and Ukraine. Here are they in chronological order of their fall: British PM Boris Johnson, British Prime Minister Liz Truss (not counting 20 UK government high officials incl. Rishi Sunak had to resign in 2022 and Defense Secretary Ben Wallace in 2023), Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison, Slovenian Prime Minister Janez Janša, Bulgarian Prime Minister Kiril Petkov, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe (he was even killed), Italian Premier Mario Draghi, Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas (had to resign but got back), Swedish Prime Minister Magdalena Andersson, Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen, Irish Prime Minister Micheál Martin, New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern, Moldova's Prime Minister Natalia Gavrilita, First Minister of Scotland Nicola Sturgeon, Finish Prime Minister Sanna Marin, Slovakian Prime Minister Eduard Heger, Slovakian President Zuzana Čaputová, Romanian Prime Minister Nicolae Ciucă, Netherlands Prime Minister Mark Rutte, Latvian President Egils Levits, Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez (lost election but got back by a coalition scheme with much less power), Latvian Prime Minister Krišjānis Kariņš, Canadian Speaker of the House of Commons Anthony Rota, Slovakian Prime Minister Ľudovít Ódor, US Speaker of the House of Representatives Kevin McCarthy, Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, Montenegro Prime Minister Dritan Abazović, Portuguese Prime Minister António Costa, Luxembourg’s Prime Minister Xavier Bettel, Swiss President Alain Berset, Denmark's queen Margrethe II, French Prime Minister Elisabeth Borne, Guatemala's President Alejandro Giammattei, North Macedonian Prime Minister Dimitar Kovačevski, Hungarian President Katalin Novák, Bulgarian Prime Minister Nikolai Denkov, Finnish President Sauli Niinistö, US Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland (a.k.a. “the real ruler of Ukraine”), Irish Prime Minister Leo Varadkar, Senegalese President Macky Sall, Icelandic Prime Minister Katrín Jakobsdóttir, First Minister of Scotland Humza Yousaf, Belgian Prime Minister Alexander de Croo, British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, French Prime Minister Gabriel Attal, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, Bangladeshi Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida
All the details about each case with links to evidence, you can find here[*].
So, one by one, all Zelensky's supporters fall off, while all 39 heads of state who visited Putin since the start of SMO in February 2022 until the end of 2023 are still in power, except Senegalese President Macky Sall stepped down due to a two-term limit and Pakistani PM Imran Khan who got ousted by a US-backed coup, so it doesn't count.
